Some people say a brunch isn't a brunch without mimosas, the sophisticated mix of equal parts of cava and orange juice, socially acceptable to heal the body after Saturday night's partying.
We believe that an ice cream cures everything – even a head-splitting hangover – and even more so with our twist featuring cava and mandarin. For the formula to work, however, the cava has to be from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the capital of cava located 45 km from Barcelona – let the party recommence!
