Agramunt nougat

Agramunt soft nougat has been made in the municipality of Agramunt (Lleida, one of the four provinces of Catalonia) since medieval times. It is one of the most traditional and authentic kinds of nougat, made with local almonds as the main ingredient. At Baboia you can taste it fresh in a cone, bowl or milkshake.
